ARCHITECT

Mr. S.K. Manchanda (Senior Architect)

 

An Alumnus of School of Planning and Architecture (New Delhi), Mr. S.K. Manchanda did his specialisation in Town Planning from Leeds (UK) in 1974. In his long and purposeful career of over five decades in the field of Architecture and Planning. Mr. Manchanda has worked on a varied range of projects in India, England, Scotland and Tehran, some of which are:

​

  • Eco-Development of Nainital Lake, Sangam at Allahabad and Varanasi, HussainSagar Lake and surrounding residential areas.

  • Urban-Rural strategy of development for Surat, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar in Gujarat.

  • Zonal planning of Connaught Place, New Delhi, infrastructural planning of sectors in Noida, and Officers & Workers Colony for Indorama Industries in Nagpur.

  • Infrastructural planning of township in Iran on sloping terrain. This project received the Agha Khan Award.

STRUCTURAL
ENGINEER

A Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi, has an illustrious career spanning over 40 years

Mr. M.K. Gandhi (Senior Structural Engineer)

 

A Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi, Mr. M.K. Gandhi has an illustrious career spanning over 40 years working on RCC & Steel structures, Commercial Buildings, Multi-storey Housing Projects, Institutional Buildings, Sub-stations, Power Sector Projects and Industrial Structures. Some of his notable achievements in India and Abroad are :

​

  • Headed EIGEN for 12 years and set up its offices in Gurgaon, South Delhi and Navi Mumbai. Key projects handled included running the Rebar Detailing Group for the first three years to cater for the detailing works for Dubai International Airport expansion.

  • Conducted the design and detailing of multi-storey housing project for KTP Consultants, Singapore.

  • Supervized the design, detailing and co-ordinating of Multistorey buildings at Putra Heights in Malaysia, for Meinhardt, Malaysia.

  • Expansion of NUS College in Singapore for Meinhardt, Singapore.

  • Housing at Seven Sisters Road in UK for Aether Engineering.

  • Design and detailing of Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Stadium at Srinagar, J&K.

  • Detailing of secondary steel structures with metal deck concrete floors for Stone and Webster – USA, for a Power House Building for Pha-Lai (Ph. II) Super Thermal Power Plant at Vietnam.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) in 1999, he is also a nature lover and adventure enthusiast

Mr. Gautam Goyal (Financial Controller)

 

Mr. Gautam Goyal, the Managing Partner of BAGS & Co, enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) in 1999. Having a vast experience and exposure in the fields of Auditing, Project Financing/Governance, Direct Taxes, Accounting, Corporate Laws, GST, International Taxation and Corporate consultancy, he has extensively travelled abroad for various assignments in the Middle East. His major credentials include:

​

  • Successful management of various International assignments with leading funds in Singapore, Dubai (UAE).

  • Taking BAGS & Co to great heights of growth and setting foundations in many fields guiding its destiny for more than twenty years.

  • Besides heading various high level committees of Income Tax, he was Chairman of Faridabad Branch of ICAI and  President of Faridabad Income Tax Bar Association.

  • Has a vast experience in handling Income Tax assessment proceedings before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal.

  • Mr. Goyal is a great nature lover and adventure enthusiast, having sky-dived from 15000 feet at Sydney, trekking in high altitudes of Uttarakhand, rock climbing of 48 feet single rock as well as Jet Skiing self ride at Bantotta River.

Gp Capt Nasir Lloyd Khan (Chief Administrator)

 

A fighter pilot at heart, Gp Capt Nasir Lloyd Khan retired from The Indian Air force serving the country for over 32 years. The tenure in the IAF gave him rich experience in Management, Administration, Air Operations and Flight Safety besides piloting aircraft. Post retirement he moved to the corporate sector and has been working at senior management levels for the past eight years. Some of his major achievements are listed below:

​

  • Was the flight commander of a fighter squadron very early in his career and later became the Station Commander of an operational base.

  • Operations Officer (Air) in India’s first Tri-Services Command at Andaman & Nicobar Islands where he managed the Tsunami rescue operations.

  • Post retirement he worked as Director Administration of the Organizing Committee, Common Wealth Games Delhi – 2010.

  • Then he moved on as Head Safety & Security at Business Jets India Pvt. Ltd.

Man Behind the Scenes

Mr. Ishrat Lovette Khan (Owner)

 

Really the ‘Man Behind the Scenes’, Ishrat Lovette Khan is the CEO at Pine N Oaks. At 54 he is young enough to energetically carry forward his dreams, yet experienced enough not to fail. Coming with a commercial background, ‘Lovette’ as he is fondly called, has had a multifaceted exposure in his career. Significant milestones of his life can be summed up as follows:

​

  • He began his career with leather garment exports in late 80s.

  • With the turn of the century he moved to the corporate world and worked with MNCs like Honeywell, Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies.

  • Working with large MNCs, he played a major role in their establishments and sites in India and abroad, staying a long period in the US too.

  • In 2015 he left the corporate world to pursue his single dream and passion – seeds of which he had sown in 2009 – developing world-class vacation homes and organic farming. His unflinching love for nature, especially the hills, has polished him pick and choose every site keeping a balanced harmony between the scenic beauty, availability of natural resources and commercial viability.
